The supply chain for single-use commercial manufacturing can be vulnerable and any change may affect the availability and quality of your biologics. To guarantee an end-to-end quality and supply control of the entire supply network we combined several solutions: First, we generated unique expert knowledge in material science, strong film and bag expertise trough an expert team of Südpack – a resin supplier and film extruder – and Sartorius. Furthermore, we control the entire fluid path through partnerships, supply control and quality agreements. We developed process and application based pre-designed solutions to optimize the inventory on customer side with a guaranteed quality level and without any further validation needs. On top of all this, we are protecting the supply chain from any outer influences with our exclusive manufacturing footprint which includes 5 production facilities on 4 continents with an overall cleanroom capacity of 110.000 sq ft. This demonstrates how we are building the foundations for end-to-end single-use manufacturing.
