[어플리케이션] An advanced flow cytometry approach to evaluating antibody-dependent cellular phagocytosis (ADCP)

Monoclonal Antibodies that promote the clearance of tumors from the body via Antibody-dependent cellular phagocytosis are attractive candidates for use as anti-cancer therapeutics. During antibody development characterizing a molecules ability to induce ADCP provides an indication of their therapeutic potential.

Traditional techniques for measuring ADCP are low in throughput, laborious and time consuming, provide only qualitative readouts and rely on genetically engineered reporter cell lines. Additionally, they often measure artifacts rather than quantifying a true ADCP signal.

This application highlights how the iQue® Human Antibody Dependent Cellular Phagocytosis (ADCP) Kit enables high throughput measurement of ADCP in physiologically relevant models for instantaneous pharmacological readouts on the effects of targeted, test antibodies on ADCP.
