응용 노트: Sartolab^® P20 Plus를 이용한 지하수 시료의 중금속 분석을 위한 인라인 여과

지하수 내 용존 중금속 조사를 위한 현장 시료 전처리에는 0.45μm 기공 크기의 필터 멤브레인이 사용됩니다. 시료량과 부유물질의 입자상 함량에 따라, 소위 인라인 필터는 주사기 필터를 사용하는 것과는 달리 시료 채취 과정을 크게 간소화할 수 있습니다.

The Sartolab^® P20 Plus in-line filter presented in this paper was compared with syringe filters with regard to its suitability based on throughput and particle reduction. As a result, we could show that Sartolab^® P20 Plus filters are clearly superior to syringe filters in terms of throughput and particle reduction. Additionally, Sartolab^® P20 Plus filters were tested for the release of heavy metals and their recovery after addition in several concentrations. Sartolab^® P20 Plus does not release or adsorb any amounts of heavy metals relevant for groundwater monitoring.

결과에 따르면 Sartolab^® P20 Plus 인라인 필터는 중금속 분석을 위한 지하수 시료 전처리에 적합하며, 따라서 현장 시료 채취 과정을 크게 간소화합니다.
