Online Orders

To place an online order with 싸토리우스, please follow the steps below:

  2. Use the search bar to look up a product or SKU (item code) or browse products by category you are planning to purchase and add them to your shopping cart.
  3. To proceed with your order, click on the cart icon found at the top right of the eShop page.
  4. Review your items and proceed by selecting “Check out”.
  5. Select your payment type, shipping address / method, review and click “Place Order”.

Order Status

Track and trace your orders via the portal.

  2. After submitting an order, you can track its journey by signing into your account and activating the "My Orders" function within your dashboard.
  3. You can get access to your "Order Status" by simply entering the customer and order numbers to track the status of your orders in real-time, get relevant information, and view the order history.

Orders: Cancel, Claims & Returns

To cancel or return an order with 싸토리우스, please follow the terms and conditions below:

  1. No order which has been accepted by 싸토리우스 may be canceled or returned by the customer except with the agreement in writing by 싸토리우스 and on terms that the customer shall indemnify 싸토리우스 in full against all loss (including loss of profit), costs (including the cost of all labor and materials used), damages, charges, and expenses incurred by 싸토리우스 as a result of cancellation or return.
  2. In case the cancellation or return was agreed upon between the customer and 싸토리우스, the following fees will apply:
