Webinar | Boost Process Efficiency with Our New mAb Optimized TFF Cassette

Tuesday, October 21, 2025

Session 1:   10 a.m. CET | 1:30 p.m. IST | 4 p.m. HKT

Session 2:  8 a.m. PST |  11 a.m. EST | 5 p.m. CET

The continuous advancement in 단일클론항체 processes is driving the need for higher final product concentrations, challenging the performance limits of existing TFF consumables. Modern processing demands require high throughput at moderate pump rates, alongside superior cleanability and stable performance. The newSartocon® QHydrosart® 30kDa mAbcassette, optimized formAbprocessing, was rigorously evaluated to meet these criteria. AnmAb-optimized 30kDamembrane combined with a new screen type was assessed for multiple performance aspects, including processable viscosities, flux/ pressuredropprofiles, protein retention, and flux performance. These evaluations were conducted using various protein and antibody solutions. Scalability was proven throughmAbdata, ensuring the cassette's suitability for advanced applications. Additionally, factors impacting usability and sustainability, such as cleanability and pre- and post-usage times, were examined.

What You Will Learn:

  1. Understand the impact of screen types on achieving higher final concentrations
  2. Explore the relationship between buffer water flux and protein flux across different molecules.
  3. Evaluate the performance of our new cassette type with different molecules .
  4. Recognize the importance of usability, scalability, and sustainability in TFF processes.
